KESHAVA RAO REFERENCE CASE No. 161 OF 2000 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri Chakrapany, learned counsel representing Sri Challa Gunaranjan, learned counsel for the Hyderabad Race Club, which sought the reference, now states that the questions framed need not be answered by this Court as the Hyderabad Race Club did not choose to carry the matter in appeal under Section 260A of the Income-tax Act, 1961, before this Court.
