THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.10633 of 2016 ORDER:

The criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in PRC No.14 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Guntakal, Anantapur District.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the State. In the course of hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the second respondent/de facto complainant that the matter is already been resolved between the second respondent and the petitioner herein, who is A-4 in the said crime, and she is not interested in prosecuting the case. He also submitted that the other accused in the said crime were tried by the Court below and they were acquitted.

In that view of the matter, I hereby quash the proceedings in PRC No.14 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Guntakal, Anantapur District insofar as petitioner/A-4 is concerned.
