ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that this writ petition is filed seeking regularization of their services; that the writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn against 2nd and 3rd petitioners vide order dated 8.11.2006; and that the writ petition is subsisting against 1st petitioner only. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation contends that the 1st petitioner was eligible for absorption and his case was considered. Having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-Corporation to consider the case of the 1st petitioner, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
