THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO SUO MOTU CONTEMPT CASE No.1683 of 2015 ORDER:

The contemnor is present in person.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the taking up of the suo motu contempt proceedings, the authorisation of the petitioner was restored. In view of the same, no further proceedings need be taken in the present Contempt Case.

The Contempt Case is, therefore, closed.
