O R D E R:- The main grievance of the writ petitioner is that even though he got issued a Legal Notice dated 09.08.2016 through his Advocate, Sri R.Madhusudhan Rao to respondent Nos.2 to 5 requesting them to stop making any construction of Anganwadi Centre Building in Sy.No.32/3 of Narasimhapuram Village Accounts, Palasamudram Mandal, Chittoor District on the ground that the proposed site is not at all suitable for making any construction as it is situated one kilometer away from the village, they have neither considered their legal notice nor stopped construction of the building.

The learned Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and the learned Standing Counsel for Mandal Praja Parishad appearing for respondent No.5 have submitted that they will take decision on the legal notice within the time that may be stipulated by this Court. Keeping in view the averments made in the writ affidavit and the submission made by the learned counsel for respondents 1 to 5, this writ petition is disposed of

directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to consider the legal notice dated 09.08.2016 said to have been sent by the petitioner through his Advocate and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
