THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.5451 OF 2OL7 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is fiIed by the petitioner to quash the FIR Cr.No.168 of 2Ol7 on the file of Shamirpet P.S. Ranga Reddy District against the petitioner / accused.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, none has appeared for the petitioner / accused. Perused the record.

3. A perusal of the record would reveal that Cr1.M.P.Nos.5461 and 5462 of 2Ol7 are hled for compounding the offences, however both the MPs are dismissed by this Court on 23.08.2017. No interim orders were granted by this Court stalling the investigation. The stage of the investigation is not known' Therefore, I find no reason to keep the petition pending.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of with liberty to approach ttris Court, if any cause survives. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
