Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energy for the respondents 1, 59, 60, 61, 62 and 63 and Sri N.Siva Reddy for respondent Nos. 2 to 55, and Sri K.Laxman for the Respondent Nos. 56 and 57.

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in identical set of circumstances, this Court, by way of an order, disposed of W.P.No. 1738 of 2017 and batch on 13.02.2017. Copy of the said order is placed on record along with the writ petition and as material paper. Operative portion of the said order reads as under:
" In the light of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioners to submit their representations to the Chief General Manager (Operations) of the respective Distribution Companies, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also open for the Chief General Manager (Operations) to consider and take a decision on the representations in accordance with Section 4B of the Act, within two weeks from the date of receipt thereof. Till the decision is taken, interim order, dated 19.01.2017, shall continue. It is made clear that if the petitioners do not approach the Chief General Manager (Operations) in terms of the
above order, it is open for the respondents to take action as per law."

Following the above said order in W.P.No. 1738 of 2017 and batch, which is placed on record, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, stand closed.
Office is directed to enclose a copy of the order in W.P.No. 1738 of 2017, dated 13.02.2017 to this order.
