HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.1356 of 2016 O R D E R :

This criminal petition is filed by petitioner - accused, under section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.17 of 2014 of Porumamilla Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 353, 379 read with Section 34 I.P.C. and Sections 20(i)(C)(ii)(iii)(iv), 29 of A.P.Forest Act, 1967, Section 3 (II) of A.P.Forest Rule and Section 3 of PDPP Act and Police Firing.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

The earlier anticipatory bail application i.e., Criminal Petition No.14114 of 2015 was dismissed by this Court by order dated 06-01-2016 and there is no substantial change of circumstances.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner - accused.
