Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent nos.1 to 4. 2.
This Writ Petition has been filed by petitioner challenging the inaction of 3rd respondent in issuing new pattadar pass book and title deeds to petitioner, though the petitioner's vendor had been earlier issued pattadar pass book and title deeds.

Though time was sought by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent nos.1 to 4, on 16.08.2019 to obtain instructions, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that he had not obtained any instructions in the matter. 4.
Form-IB ROR filed by petitioner indicates that petitioner's name has been mutated in the Revenue Records also in respect of the subject land.

Therefore, the petitioner shall make an application to 3rd respondent for issuance of new pattadar pass book and title deeds within one (01) week from the date of receipt of copy of this order; and on receipt thereof, the 3rd respondent shall take appropriate action in regard to issuance of new pattadar pass book and title deeds to petitioner within two (02) weeks thereafter and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application to the 3rd respondent for issuance of new pattadar pass book and title deeds within one (01) week from the date of receipt of copy of this order; and on receipt thereof, the 3rd respondent shall take appropriate action in regard to issuance of new pattadar pass book and title deeds to petitioner within two (02) weeks thereafter and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
