This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant pre-arrest bail in Crime No.340 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Rajahmundry I Town Law & Order Police Station, Rajamahendravaram Urban, registered for the offences under Sections 448, 354, 384 read with 511 and 506 IPC.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
