As per the notification issued by the High Court on 10.12.2010 Form No.I under Rule 5, Form No.II under Rule 5, Form No.III under Rule 7 have been prescribed, no form is prescribed under Rule 6.

Therefore, the objection raised by the office of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District in that regard is overruled. The Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar is directed to number the O.P.Sr.No.2354 of 2015, if it is otherwise in order and deal with it on merits.
