THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.417 of 2017 ORDER:

Sri A. Hari Prasad Reddy, learned counsel for the revision petitioners, addressed a letter, dated 06.11.2017, to the Registrar (Judicial), requesting to list the matter so as to seek permission of the Court to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Case, as instructed by the revision petitioners.

The present Criminal Revision Case is filed questioning the order, dated 26.10.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.244 of 2016 in S.C.No.209 of 2015 passed by the learned Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Kadapa, whereby and whereunder, the request of the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 6 to discharge them of the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323 and 307 read with Section 149 of IPC, was refused dismissing the petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
