Chintalapudi Papa, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.29691 of 2015 ORDER:
This Writ Petition came to be filed seeking the following relief: " ... to issue appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus by set aside the complaint filed by the 4th respondent against the petitioners registered as FIR No.188/2015 dt.19-8-2015 on the file of 3rd respondent by declaring the same as illegal, arbitrary and abuse of process of law in the interest of justice and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."
At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed and the same is numbered as P.R.C.No.25 of 2016 on the file of the VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Rajamahendravaram. It is also represented that the petitioners have submitted themselves to the jurisdictional Court and executed bail bonds. Having regard to the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition since the Writ Petition is filed seeking to quash the F.I.R.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to avail the remedies available under law, if they so desire. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
