HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No. 7128 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of 3rd respondent in seizing the Gate Pass issued in favour of the petitioners and refusing to release the same to the petitioners as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court passed interim order on 11-03-2013 and the same is in the form of granting final order. Interim order is operating since 2013. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
