HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 16006 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in issuing proceedings dated 17.08.2002 disengaging the services of the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary.

While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondents to reinstate the petitioners into service, vide orders dated 26.08.2002 in WPMP No.20084 of 2002.

In view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
