HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.30179 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 to 4 in acquiring the land of the petitioner for the purpose of laying the petrol pipeline from Paradeep to Hyderabad, without considering the objection raised by him.

When the matter is taken up for admission, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in this Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by this Court in W.P.Nos.22876 and 22900 of 2017, vide order dated 02.08.2017, and this matter is squarely covered by the said order. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the common order dated 02.08.2017 in W.P.Nos.22876 and 22900 of 2017. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
