HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NOS. 12705 & 13217 OF 2012 ORDER:

These two Writ Petitions are being disposed of by this common order, as the issue raised in both the Writ Petitions is one and the same.

Writ Petitions were filed challenging the proceedings issued by the respondents and consequential demand notice demanding 'Bulk Garbage Charges' as illegal.

Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that the issue is squarely covered by an order of this Court in W.P.No. 3916 of 2007 dated 17.3.2011 and the said submission is not disputed by the learned Standing counsel appearing for respondents. In view of the same, these two Writ Petitions are allowed in terms of the said order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
