THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1160 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 11.06.2012 in M.C.No.09 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narsapur.

At the time of argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending revision, the parties entered into a memorandum of understanding on 12.07.2012. She further submitted that the petitioner herein filed Criminal Revision Case No.1158 of 2014 on the file of this Court and the same was disposed of on 22.06.2015. She also submitted that in view of the orders passed in Criminal Revision Case No.1158 of 2014, no further orders are necessary in this revision case.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
