It is stated by the counsel on both sides that the interim order, whose contempt is alleged, has since been complied with by reinstating the petitioner into service though with some delay. 2.

In view of the said statement, this Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to urge whatever other grievances he has, in the Writ Petition, which is still pending on the file of this Court. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
