- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.29493 OF 2017 ORDER :
Heard.
2.
Petitioner claims that her father-in-law was the owner of land to an extent of Ac.4.87 cents in Sy.No.1174 of Tippaiyapalli Revenue Village, Pullampet Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. After the demise of her father-in-law, her co-sister-in-law applied for mutation of their names in the revenue records. Responding to the said request, notice was issued on 20.06.2017 calling upon the person named in the notice to file objections and to appear before the Tahsildar, on 27.07.2017. Alleging no further steps were taken after the said notice, the matter is dragged on, this writ petition is filed.
3.
Since a request was made for mutation of names in the revenue records in the place of Shaik Sadak Valli and notice was already issued to conduct enquiry, the Tahsildar, Rajampet Mandal, YSR District (3rd respondent) is directed to finalize the claim of the petitioner/her co-sister-in-law, regarding claim for mutation of their names in the revenue records, by following the due process of law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
