There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of Respondent No.1 to 4 and their sub-ordinates in interfering in the issue which are purely civil in nature at the instance of 5th Respondent is illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct them not to interfere in disputes which are purely civil in nature or pass such other order or order as the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the complaint, dated 15.10.2014, lodged by the 5th respondent, a case in Crime No.284 of 2014 was registered against the petitioners herein on 12.11.2014. After completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed on 24.11.2014 before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Gajwel. The same was taken on file vide P.R.C.No.83 of 2016, which is pending trial. Learned Government Pleader also brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent police never interfered with the civil disputes between the petitioners as well as the 5th respondent.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that there are no merits in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
