HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3993 of 2015 ORDER : (Per Justice R.Subhash Reddy) This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C., aggrieved by the order dated 31.08.2015, passed by the I-Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in E.P.No.486 of 2014 in O.S.No.1703 of 2007.

Petitioner is a judgment debtor in the suit. As against the said judgment and decree, he carried the matter by way of appeal to this Court in CCCA.No.36 of 2013, and obtained ad interim orders in CCCA.MP.No.177 of 2013. On filing vacate petition in CCCA.VMP. No.275 of 2013, this Court, by order dated 21.03.2014, has vacated the interim order, and consequently, the present E.P. in E.P.No.486 of 2014 is filed.

As the impugned orders are consequent to the orders passed by this Court in CCCA.VMP.No.275 of 2013 in CCCA.MP.No.177 of 2013 in CCCA.No.36 of 2013, petitioner is not entitled for any relief in this revision filed under Section 115 of CPC.

Revision is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
