This civil revision petition is filed aggrieved by the in-action of the Court below in disposing of IA No.348 of 2015 in OS No.336 of 2015 and for issuance of appropriate directions to meet the ends of justice.

Inasmuch as the civil revision petition is filed against nondisposal of the said IA, suffice it direct the Court below to dispose of IA No.348 of 2015 in OS No.336 of 2015, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

3. With the above directions, the civil revision petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
