HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.17490 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that in identical circumstances, this Court disposed of Writ Petition No.42584 of 2018 and batch by an order dated 05.3.2019 and a copy of the same is placed on record along with the Writ Petition as material paper. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue does not dispute the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. The operative portion of the aforesaid order reads as under: "In that view of the matter, all these Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the revenue authorities not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the subject plots except in accordance with the procedure laid down by law, in such of the cases where interference is warranted.

In the light of this final order, the status quo orders granted in all these Writ Petitions shall stand vacated." Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, the Writ Petition is also disposed of, in terms thereof. Office to enclose a copy of the order dated 05.3.2019 in Writ Petition No.42584 of 2018 and batch to this order.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
