HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.1005 of 2012 JUDGMENT :

This appeal is preferred against order dated 24.07.2012 in I.A.No.650 of 2012 in O.S.No.178 of 2012 on the file of Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

2. Appellant herein is plaintiff, which is a proprietary firm, who filed the above referred suit for perpetual injunction and in that suit I.A.No.650 of 2012 is filed for temporary injunction. Trial Court on a consideration of material on record dismissed I.A.No.650 of 2012. Questioning the same, present appeal is preferred.

3. In spite of listing the matter under the caption 'specially identified cases', neither advocate for appellant is present nor any representation made.

4. As seen from the office note, O.S.No.178 of 2012 was disposed of on 18.03.2016. For these reasons, appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
