THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP.No.275 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C seeking to withdraw O.S.No.655 of 2018 pending on the file of the Court of the II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy and transfer the same to the Court of IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to be tried along with O.S.No.944 of 2017.

2 At the time of arguments, both counsel submitted in all fairness that the petition may be allowed in the interest of both parties. In the result, the petition is allowed, O.S.No.655 of 2018 pending on the file of the Court of the II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy is withdrawn from the file of the said court and is transferred to the IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad for disposal in accordance with law. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
