The present revision is directed against the order, dated 21.08.2012, in I.A.No.311 of 2012 in O.P.No.338 of 2008 on the file of the Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam. The Registry has placed the case status details concerning FCOP.No.338 of 2008, which reflect that FCOP.No.338 of 2008 on the file of the Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam, was allowed on 23.09.2016, while dismissing FCOP.No.339 of 2008. In such an event, the present revision rendered infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
