Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1 and learned Public Prosecutor, representing the State, and perused the material on record. 2.

In fact, the petitioner earlier moved including in Crl.M.P.No.3032 of 2014, dated 15.07.2014, before the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mahila Court, Hyderabad, for transit permission for three months to go to Singapore to attend his avocation at Singapore and the counter-affidavit averments of the Inspector of Police, WPC, CID, TS, Hyderabad, shows permissions granted in 2015, 2016 and 2017 and he did not return timely but returned.

Thereby, taking into consideration of these facts, the criminal petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court any permission further is required.
