The learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dated 27.4.2016 to the registry seeking permission to withdraw the C.R.P., with liberty to file a fresh civil revision petition, if necessary. Permission is accorded. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as sought for, as per law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
