This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.No.23597 of 2015, dated 20.08.2015.

Pursuant to the notice of this Court, the contemnors 2 and 3 are present in this Court. They stated that, pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in the above Writ Petition, they have issued individual letters of charges to be paid pursuant to the application made by the petitioner and four others in respect of their property existing in R.S.No.913/3 of Chintalapudi Panchayat, Chintalapudi Mandal in West Godavari District.
