This writ petition is filed alleging inaction of the second respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Ongole, in disposing of the appeal, dated 02.02.2018, preferred by the petitioner under Section 5 B (2) of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971.

The averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition would disclose that the petitioner is aggrieved by the entries made in the revenue records by the Tahsildar, Kothapatnam Mandal, in favour of respondents 4 and 5, which is affecting his right to enjoy his properties to an extent of Ac.0.44 cents in Survey No.906/C and D and Ac.0.25 cents in Survey Nos.933/1 and 935/1 and 2, Alluru Village, Kothapatnam Mandal, Prakasam District.

If the appeal preferred by the petitioner is received by the second respondent and pending, the second respondent is directed to consider the same, after affording an opportunity to the unofficial respondents herein, who are also arrayed as respondents in the said appeal, and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
