SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.15052 of 2013 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.222 of 2011 of Krishnalanka Police Station, Vijayawada, Krishna District, registered for the offence under Section IPC, against the petitioner/accused.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent, on instructions, reports that after completion of investigation, the police filed charge sheet in the aforesaid crime and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition as it became infructuous.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file discharge petition before the Court below raising all the pleas raised in this petition. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
