THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.444 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the accused seeking to set aside the order of XVI Special Magistrate, Hyderabad dated 22.01.2016, whereby the learned Magistrate dismissed Crl.M.P.No.150 of 2016 in C.C.No.13 of 2014 filed by the petitioner to recall the NonBailable Warrants issued against the petitioner in C.C.No.13 of 2014. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Perused the material on record. In the circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below and file an application seeking to recall the warrant. On filing such application, the Court below is directed to recall the Warrant issued against the petitioner on the same day on execution of a bond by the petitioner for a sum of Rs.5,000/- with one surety with an undertaking for his further appearance for trial before it.

The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
