The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal, since the respondent acknowledged full satisfaction of the decretal amount. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
