HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 14212 of 2015 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner/A2 seeks to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 366 of 2015 of Kamareddy Town Police Station, Nizamabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 419 & 420 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 4.07.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Kamareddy I Town Police Station, Kamareddy District and submitted that investigation is completed and charge sheet was filed before Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kamareddy and CC is numbered and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 366 of 2015 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
