The grievance in the present writ petition is inaction on the party of second respondent-Regional Director, South Central Regional Office, All India Council for Technical Education, Hyderabad in taking action on the complaint said to have been submitted by the petitioner on 12/6/2015. Since the petitioner herein is seeking innocuous order for a direction to second respondent to consider the complaint said to have been submitted by him on 12/6/2015, this court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition.
2. It is also submitted by the learned Government Pleader so also the learned standing counsel for the second respondent that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to dispose of the complaint in accordance with law.
3. Having regard to the nature of controversy, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the
case, dispose of the writ petition, directing the Regional Director, South Central Regional Office, All India Council for Technical Education, Opposite Mahavir Hospital, Masab Tank, Hyderabad to take appropriate action on the representation dated 12/6/2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. No costs.
5. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
