This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in Cr.No.241 of 2013, against the petitioners, who are A5 and A6, on the file of the Station House Officer, KPHB Police Station, Cyberabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 420, 406, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate dated 31.10.2018 stating that the case has been referred as 'Action Dropped' on 23.10.2016 and a final report is filed before the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally. 3.

In the light of the above, this Court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. The criminal petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________ T. RAJANI, J November 30, 2018 DSK
