The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the order that is rendered by the Court of Special Sessions Judge, for Trial of Cases under SCs & STs (POA) Act-cum-VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar in Crl.M.P.No.401 of 2017 in SC/ST.SC No.49.2017, dated 03.01.2018. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 3.
Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the case ended in acquittal and therefore, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioners did not dispute the said fact.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
