HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.14574 OF 2002 ORDER (ORAL):
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it has been informed that as the petitioner, who was working under the respondents, was removed from service, he challenged the said order of removal before the Industrial Tribunal - cum - Labour Court, Warangal, by filing I.D. No.194 of 1996 and the Labour Court was pleased to pass the order dated 18.07.2000 in favour of the petitioner and thereby the petitioner was reinstated into service on 22.11.2000. Thereafter, the petitioner was illegally disengaged from service by the respondents on 01.07.2002. Challenging the said disengagement order, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim direction on 09.08.2002 vide W.P.M.P. No.18223 of 2002 and in pursuance of the said interlocutory order, the petitioner was re-engaged into service.
2. It has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the interlocutory order passed by this Court, no further orders are required to be passed as the respondents have complied the interim direction granted by this Court. The learned standing counsel for the respondents has also not disputed the fact of re-engaging the petitioner into service. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

3. Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition stand closed.
