Sri K.Venkata Rangadas, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner is now required to approach the State Level Committee seeking their approval for grant of license to run a saw mill.

Granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority for grant of such permission, the Writ Petition is dismissed. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
