ORDER:

When the matter was called on 10.04.2015, none appeared for the petitioner; as such this Court adjourned the matter to 13.04.2015, on which date also, there was no appearance for the petitioner. Hence this Court directed the Writ Petition to be posted under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 15.04.2015, i.e. to day. Even today also, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the Writ Petition.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
