THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E. V. VENUGOPAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.12345 OF 2015 ORDER:
The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in F.l.R.No.977 of 2015 on the Iile of Station House Officer, KPHB Colony, Cyberabad at Rangareddy District.

On the last date of hearing, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of petitioner; therefore, the matter was directed to be posted today under the'caption for dismissal'. In spite of matter being listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This shows that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the remedies according to law.
