This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.10 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.148 of 2016 on the file of Godavarikhani-II Town Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard Sri Ch. Vidya Sagar, learned counsel for petitioners. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in Crime No.148 of 2016 has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
