O R D E R

The 3rd respondent - Depot Manager, Telangana State Road Transport Corporation filed counter affidavit stating that in pursuance of the orders of this court dated 30.10.2017 in W.P.No.32024 of 20017, after considering the explanation of the petitioner, he has passed orders on 05.12.2017 vide proceedings No. DSP/785(36)/2017 - KCG and communicated the same to the petitioner. Copy of the said proceedings is also filed in the material papers. Learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the same. In view of the same, I do not find any contempt on the part of respondents in complying with the directions of this court and the contempt case is accordingly closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 5.12.2017, in accordance with law.
