OFFICE NOTE 02.08.2022 KS,J I.A.No.01 of 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition No.6(ii) imposed upon the petitioner/Accused No.1 by this Court in Crl.P.No.4518 of 2022 on 13.06.2022, whereunder while granting bail this Court directed this petitioner "to appear before the investigating authorities on every 1st and 3rd Saturday between 10.00 AM and 01.00 PM for a period of three (03) months or till filing of charges sheet, whoever is earlier". 2.

Heard both sides.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that in this crime charge sheet is already filed.

Under the said circumstances, this Application is allowed and the condition No.6(ii) imposed upon the petitioner/Accused No.1 by this Court in Crl.Petition No.4518 of 2022 dated 13.06.2022, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner/Accused No.1 is directed to appear before the concerned Court on every date of hearing without fail. ____ KS,J ns
