ORDER

This writ petition is filed questioning the order passed by the 2nd respondent-Assistant Commissioner, Endowments Department, Eluru, West Godavari District, dated 11.08.2004, where-under the Commissioner held that the petitioner cannot be treated as landless poor and directed to conduct auction of the property.

Since the impugned order was passed about 12 years back, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. 3.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petitions shall stand dismissed.
