When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the counsel for the petitioners on record that pending the writ petition, on 20.03.2018, in the meeting held in the office of the Agricultural Market Committee, Gaddiannaram, an agreement is entered into in the presence of the officers of the Committee and the representatives of the traders with regard to the payment of enhanced rent etc., and in fact a copy of the said agreement is placed on record by the learned Senior Counsel.

In view of the above development, no further adjudication in the writ petitions is required. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
