This Application has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar, in Crl.M.P.No.4705 of 2021 in Crime No.256 of 2020, dated 10.11.2021, whereunder while granting bail to the petitioner/accused No.2, he was directed to execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.8, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to reduce the surety amount from Rs.10,000/- to Rs.5,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each. With this modification, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. _________________ K.SURENDER, J Dt.13.06.2022 svl
