This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.163 of 2015 of Women Police Station, Saroornagar, Cyberabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is present. Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
