JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.17397 of 2014 ORDER : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, It is noticed that in an identical case i.e., W.P.No.21701 of 2011 and batch, a Division Bench of this Court was pleased to dismiss the Writ petitions, vide order dated 29.07.2022, and since the present Writ petition is also arising out of the common order passed in W.P.No.21701 of 2011 and batch, dated 29.07.2022, this Writ petition is also liable to be dismissed. 2.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is also dismissed by following the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in WP.No21701 of 2011 and batch, dated 29.07.2022.
